The Jutda webpage and this status blog are hosted from a separate data center so are not impacted.
Estimated ETA for a fix is unknown at this stage.
Update 10PM AEST 11-Aug-2011: All services are back online.
Next week, Jutda websites including WhisperGifts will be offline for a few minutes due to network maintenance and upgrades from our hosting provider.
Interruptions are expected to last approximately 5-10 minutes at a time. There may be multiple interruptions over the course of 1 hour.
Maintenance will begin at 1pm (Australian EST) on Wednesday, 29th June.

WhisperGifts, DjangoSites and the Jutda websites will all be down for approximately 15 minutes for a memory upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience.
After many months of continuous operation, Jutda websites including WhisperGifts were taken offline by our hosting provider early today due to server issues.
When those issues were corrected and the server was started up again, the applications on the server were not started automatically. This meant that our websites were unavailable.
To help reduce the impact of similar problems in the future, a new monitoring system has been installed that will alert us when the server is online but the applications aren’t running.
We are very sorry for this downtime. Whilst some server downtime is going to be unavoidable, the fact that our software didn’t start up properly is not acceptable and downright embarrassing.
Everything is now back online, and we’re working hard to make sure it stays that way. Sorry, folks.
Todays earlier DNS issues which were impacting on WhisperGifts accessibility have been corrected.
This unfortunate problem was due to an ill-timed move between domain registrars and DNS servers. We have documented this shortcoming in an attempt to mitigate its impact in the future.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. The recent spate of server moves and upgrades is now complete, returning WhisperGifts to a reliable and high-performing service.
WhisperGifts is experiencing some DNS issues for some users.
We expect this to be resolved shortly. Jutda apologises for any inconvenience.

Tonights move of WhisperGifts to a new server has been completed successfully.
There should be no further issues outstanding, however if you experience any problems please log a ticket with our helpdesk.

WhisperGifts is currently being migrated to a new server with increased resources.
This will mean the WhisperGifts website will be more reliable and faster loading.
No major interruptions are expected, however if you try to add items to your registry you may receive a message asking you to try again shortly. If you see this message, please wait for 5 minutes and try again. This will not happen to all users.
